The successful candidate will help manage shift coverage, cash handling, inventory, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards while maintaining a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure quality products and service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and systems.
• Maintain product quality, customer service, and cost controls.
• Provide feedback and correct issues, ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Assist in inventory management and cash handling to support profitability.
