Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, handles dough, portions, and product quality.
• Exhibits core values, maintains positive attitude, and collaborates with team.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage, provides feedback, maintains product quality and cleanliness.
• Contributes to profit goals by managing costs and inventory using company systems.
