Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management, portioning and quality product prep.
• Maintains shift coverage and ensures customer service, product quality and cleanliness.
• Assists in managing cash handling, inventory levels and cost control.
• Supports adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
