Job summary

Papa John's International, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and ensure high quality products and customer service in our restaurant.

You will help manage operations, enforce company policies, procedures, and systems, and ensure compliance with laws and safety practices. The role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain product quality, support cash handling and inventory control, and mentor team members to meet profit goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Exemplifies core values, maintains a positive attitude, works well with others and adapts to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for restaurant and provides feedback to correct problems.
• Contribute to profit goals by managing costs and using the FOCUS System for cash handling and inventory.
