Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager with daily management duties and to supervise Crew Persons and Team Leaders to meet job expectations. The role works with the Restaurant Management Team to align with the business plan and ensure operations support performance goals.

The Shift Leader helps maximize sales and profits, maintains compliance with company policies, and models the company values while communicating effectively with staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of restaurant management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality product and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist management and lead shift activities to maximize sales and control costs.
• Follow company policies and demonstrate company values.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
