Qualifications

• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines and performs assigned duties (dough management, accuracy, portioning) to produce quality products.
• Exemplifies Core Values, maintains a positive attitude, and collaborates with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to maintain quality, safety, and costs.
• Manages inventory and cash handling to help meet profitability goals within company policies.
