Qualifications

• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines for dough management and portions.
• Makes quality products and follows prep procedures.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Manages cash and inventory to minimize loss.
• Maintains product quality, cleanliness and compliance with policies.

Education
