• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management and proper portioning.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and performance standards (e.g., MCE readiness, food/labor costs, restaurant cleanliness).
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to correct problems.
• Executes cash management duties and assists in inventory management to minimize loss.
