You will support profit goals by managing costs, maintaining standards, and ensuring proper shift coverage and cash handling. Candidates should be flexible for long hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/State Food Service certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines including dough management, accuracy and portioning.
• Performs duties at assigned stations and follows product procedures.
• Contributes to achieving product goals.
• Meets customer needs and minimizes complaints.
• Follows company policies including safety, attendance and security.
• Exhibits core values and positive teamwork.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for the restaurant.
• Provides feedback and corrects problems when identified.
• Maintains product quality, service and cost controls.
• Utilizes the FOCUS System to stay within guidelines and goals.
• Executes cash management duties.
• Assists in inventory management to minimize loss.
