Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant and General Managers in delivering outstanding hospitality and managing daily restaurant operations in Illinois. You will ensure team members perform duties, uphold standards, and respond to guest needs with a proactive approach.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and flexible hours, with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening/closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and method of communication with the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated and met.
• Path the restaurant to monitor operations and correct problems immediately.
• Enforce quality, service and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Monitor staffing levels and labor costs, and supervise Team Members.
• Train and direct Team Members to perform duties effectively.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and minimize controllable costs.
• Organize and implement operational routines during the shift.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with management and peers.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and security policies are followed.
