Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily operations at a Capstone location in Illinois. You will help ensure all team members perform responsibilities, maintain hospitality standards, and uphold the business plan.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, communicates clearly, supervises staff, controls labor costs, and helps drive sales while delivering a safe, clean dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and a way to communicate with the restaurant (phone or email).

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guests' needs are anticipated and addressed promptly.
• Monitor restaurant operations and staff to anticipate problems and correct them quickly.
• Enforce all quality, service, and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and manage labor costs.
• Train and supervise team members to perform duties effectively.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and profits and minimize controllable costs.
