Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, set shift goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. You will help maintain brand standards, oversee operations, and drive guest satisfaction and sales during your shift.

The role requires English fluency, prior restaurant/retail or supervisory experience, basic computer skills, and a High School diploma or equivalent. Must be 18+ and on-site employment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required.
• Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic math and writing skills required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team Environment: Support a respectful team environment; communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members; support training of crew members as requested; provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Operational Excellence: Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant; resolve guest issues; ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed; maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws.
• Profitability: Drive sales goals and results; execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives; manage cash over/short during shift; ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards.
