Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to guide Crew Members during each shift, ensuring Brand standards and guest satisfaction are met. The role involves setting goals, assigning tasks, and motivating the team, with timely feedback to celebrate successes and drive improvement.

Candidates should have restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience, along with basic math and writing skills and fluent English. Prior experience with POS systems is a plus, and the position requires at least 18 years of age

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members during shifts to meet Brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members.
• Support training of crew members as requested.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Manage cash over/short during shift and maintain safety practices.
