Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach crew during shifts, ensuring Brand standards and great guest service. You will set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to maintain smooth operations.

You will support the Restaurant Manager, uphold food safety, manage cash, and resolve guest issues in a fast-paced environment. Prior leadership in retail or hospitality is preferred, with strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years old
• HS Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality
• Fluent in spoken and written English or local language
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Coach team members to meet Brand standards and guest service goals
• Support Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals
• Ensure shift adherence to food safety standards
• Communicate priorities and results to staff
• Delegate tasks for smooth workflow and resource management
• Handle customer complaints and resolve emergencies
• Manage cash over/short and adherence to cash handling policies
