Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking Shift Leaders to coach Crew Members, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team while ensuring safety and proper cash handling.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong English communication, and basic computer skills, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members throughout the shift to execute Brand standards and guest experience.
• Set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team with timely feedback.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary work environment per rules and laws.
• Drive sales goals and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash over/short during the shift.
• Ensure all products are prepared to Brand standards.
