Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to guide the store team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, train staff, and maintain standards for food safety and service quality.

You will drive sales, manage deposits, assist with inventory, and ensure opening/closing procedures are performed accurately. This role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and a positive team culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail or food service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience by providing friendly, efficient service.
• Maximize sales performance while helping drive store profitability.
• Complete opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and make bank deposits.
• Assist with inventory management and product ordering.
• Ensure smoothies and food items are prepared consistently according to Smoothie King standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment.
• Enforce company policies, operational standards, and all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members to promote continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive, energetic, and team-focused workplace culture.
