Job summary

Smoothie King seeks a Shift Leader to guide guests toward healthy smoothies and retail options, supporting the team when the GM isn’t in the store. You’ll help guests, preps fruits and ingredients, and uphold the brand's culture and mission.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, cash handling, inventory, and team leadership during shifts while ensuring a friendly, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
