Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader/Brand Ambassador to help guests meet fitness and nutrition goals by guiding smoothie selections and promoting an active lifestyle. You will lead when the GM isn’t in the store and model the brand’s culture.

This role requires reliability, customer service experience, and strong communication as you open/close, manage cash and inventory, and support team members across shifts.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
Microsoft Office knowledge required.
Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
Must be extremely reliable

Responsibilities

Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
Performs opening and/or closing duties.
Performs store checklist tasks.
Shows up on time and ready to work.
Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
