Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader to guide Crew Members during each shift, ensuring brand standards and a friendly guest experience. You will assign tasks, coach, and monitor performance to meet goals.

You will support safety and sanitation, drive sales initiatives, and handle shift cash controls while maintaining a positive team environment. Indiana location, on-site with a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Solid math and writing abilities.
• Basic computer literacy for POS and record keeping.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members throughout shifts to meet Brand standards and guest experience.
• Assign tasks, provide timely feedback, and support training of crew as needed.
• Create a guest-first culture and promptly resolve guest issues.
• Ensure safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Drive sales goals and ensure marketing initiatives are executed.
• Manage cash over/short during shift and ensure products meet Brand standards.
