Job summary

Smoothie King is looking for a Brand Ambassador/Shift Leader to help guests reach fitness and nutrition goals by recommending smoothies and retail products. The role includes guiding team members when the General Manager is away and upholding the brand’s culture and mission.

The successful candidate will be passionate about the brand, possess strong communication skills, and be reliable, with the ability to take on new challenges and manage shift tasks and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledgeable about general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
