Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader to help guests meet fitness and nutrition goals by guiding them in selecting smoothies and retail products that support a healthy lifestyle. This role also provides leadership when the General Manager is absent, upholding company culture and ensuring a friendly, efficient guest experience.

The successful candidate will be passionate about the brand, reliable, and ready to handle daily duties, opening/closing tasks, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsabilités

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies for guests.
• Ensures guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assists in team member management during shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
