Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Math and writing skills are necessary for daily reporting and communication.
• Basic computer skills are needed for point-of-sale and inventory tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old where applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members during shifts to execute brand standards and guest experience.
• Support a respectful team environment and communicate shift priorities.
• Provide training and feedback to crew members as requested.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed.
• Drive sales goals and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash over/short during shift and maintain clean, safe operations.
