Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work alongside the General Manager to supervise team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.

The role emphasizes safe food handling, efficient cash procedures, and ongoing learning to improve sales and guest experience. This position requires reliability, strong communication, and a positive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong guest-service focus and sales orientation.

• Ability to perform opening/closing procedures and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in store operations in a leadership capacity.
• Ensure a superior guest experience, maximize sales, and drive profitability while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
• Complete store opening/closing and follow procedures.
• Make bank deposits.
• Assist the General Manager with product ordering.
• Communicate and execute a positive brand impression to guests.
• Maintain high quality smoothie preparation and guest service.
• Enforce sanitary practices and legal compliance.
