Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires, program rollouts, and standards.

You’ll be the senior squad member on the shift, ensuring the team delivers excellent guest experiences and smooth operations while upholding MOD’s values. You will adapt to restaurant needs, sometimes leading and sometimes executing tasks, always keeping the MOD experience at the forefront and modeling MOD’s purpose in

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and coach to processes with compassion.
• Calm presence in high-volume periods.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Able to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and ensure the right squad member is in the right place and doing the right work.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support rollouts and initiatives.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet restaurant goals.
• Ensure food safety using MOD tools and standards in Back of House and Front of House.
• Address squad member and guest concerns; escalate when needed to the AM or GM.
• Manage cash within the shift; process refunds and handle deposits.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Follow Opening/Midday/Closing checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
