Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to drive store operations during scheduled shifts and model the MOD experience for customers and the Squad. You will lead by example, set expectations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere while delivering high standards of service and quality.

You will adapt to store needs, sometimes leading and sometimes executing tasks, always keeping the MOD experience at the forefront and supporting team growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in the All Star position with coaching, training and multi-tasking within the shift.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set and sustain the tone of the shift, creating a positive vibe for Squad and customers.
• Ensure quality and safety of all food, proper prep and storage, report outages.
• Listen to and resolve Squad or customer concerns; escalate when needed.
• Keyholder responsible for cash within the shift.
• Take inventory and place orders as directed by the GM; coach in the moment.
• Manage shift duties checklists and address equipment malfunctions.
• Support Squad growth and celebrate wins.
