Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Milford, OH to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervise a team on 1st–3rd shifts. You will ensure compliant, safe, and ethical operations while maintaining excellent guest service and store standards.

You will handle POS and gas sales, manage stock and cleanliness, and support management in daily tasks. Lifting up to 10 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate POS terminal, gas console, handle cash and credit transactions.
• Strong communication skills in English; provide friendly guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service following the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Lead shift operations, ensure safe and efficient store function and compliance with policies.
• Balance cash, operate POS and gas console, and monitor temperatures and stock levels.
• Assist with DipSide items and maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
