Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Cincinnati to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and manage daily operations. You will lead staff on shift, ensure accurate cash handling, and maintain clean, well-stocked areas while upholding safety standards.

The role requires supervising guest service, operating the POS and gas console, and ensuring compliance with all laws and company policies. Full-time position with 37–40 hours per week on 1st–3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to sell alcohol and tobacco.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Able to operate store equipment and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Operate the POS system and gas console, handle transactions and payments.
• Ensure shelves, display cases, and freezers are stocked and clean.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist management with duties and communicate effectively with customers.
