Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Ohio to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and manage daily operations. This full-time role offers 37-40 hours weekly with 1st–3rd shifts and pay ranging from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour.

You will supervise guest services, food preparation, POS and gas console use, stock and safety, and documentation while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to conduct all sales, including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Wollows safety and sanitation standards and loss prevention procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
• Prepare DipSide items and beverages.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions.
• Maintain stocked and presentable shelves, freezers, and equipment.
• Follow security and loss-prevention procedures.
• Complete time records and required reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
