Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervise store operations during assigned shifts. You will ensure friendly service, maintain store cleanliness, and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements for alcohol and tobacco.

The role requires the ability to operate POS and gas console, manage cash and transactions, and lead associates as needed. Full-time position with 37-40 hours per week; shifts may be 1st, 2nd or 3rd.

Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work and comply with state sales regulations (including alcohol/tobacco).
• Ability to manage store operations during assigned shifts with customer focus.
• Willingness to perform duties across multiple tasks and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Oversee daily store operations and assist fellow associates during shifts.
• Operate POS system and gas console; handle cash and transactions accurately.
• Ensure shelves, freezers, and dip cabinets are stocked and clean.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
