United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Ohio to supervise daily operations and ensure the signature Hi Five Guest Experience. You will oversee guest service, cash handling, POS operations, and adherence to alcohol and tobacco sale laws, while guiding fellow associates on duty.

The position requires reliable attendance, ability to work 1st–3rd shifts, and commitment to safe, friendly service and compliance with company policies.

Formación

• Must be able to lead shift and ensure guest satisfaction per UDF Hi Five standards.
• Able to operate POS and gas console; handle cash and cards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and product quality.
• Must be legally authorized to perform sales including alcohol/tobacco.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• DipSide guest services: prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, sodas.
• Operate POS and gas console transactions accurately.
• Stock merchandise and keep shelves, cold- and display cases neat and stocked.
