United Dairy Farmers in Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, manage shifts, and ensure safe, efficient operations. The role requires adherence to all policies while serving Guests and supervising on-site staff.

The position emphasizes responsible alcohol/tobacco sales and daily tasks from cash handling to inventory, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety during all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Overall Guest Services: Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests, ensure store is prepared for Guests, anticipate needs and ensure guests leave satisfied.
• DipSide Guest Services: Prepare shakes/malts, cups/cones of ice cream/yogurt, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Efficient Operation of POS and Gas Console: Authorize and control gas sales, register transactions, handle coins/currency/checks/credit cards/coupons.
• Stocking Merchandise: Keep shelves and freezers filled, rotation of stock, ensure dip cabinet and coffee pots are full.
• Security: Maintain awareness of guests to minimize shop-lifting and gas drive-offs; follow tobacco/alcohol security procedures.
• Maintenance: Keep store and parking lot safe, clean, and organized; monitor refrigeration temperatures.
• Reporting: Complete time records and Customer First Document accurately.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
• Speak, hear and understand English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Operate store equipment including POS and gas console.
• Prepare DipSide items using available supplies.
• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
