United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Ohio to oversee daily operations and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will lead guest interactions, supervise staff on duty, and ensure safe, efficient service during your shift.

The role requires following policies, performing cash handling and sales transactions including age-restricted items, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Excellent communication is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience, greet Guests warmly and ensure the store is ready for Guests at all times.
• DipSide duties include preparation of shakes/malts, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Efficient operation of POS and gas console, process transactions and handle cash/credit accurately.
• Stock shelves, freezers and dip cabinets; rotate stock and check for out-of-date items.
• Maintain security to prevent theft and manage cash drops and tobacco/alcohol controls as required.
• Keep store and parking lot clean and safe; monitor temperatures of refrigeration equipment.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document; perform other duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively in spoken English and understand store operating instructions.
