Job summary

Zaxby's, a prominent American fast casual chain, is seeking energetic Shift Leads to join our Chattanooga, TN team. As a Shift Lead, you’ll coach and guide Team Members, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to quality and safety standards during your shift.

You’ll help train staff, keep operations running smoothly, and lead by example in a positive, team-focused workplace. Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Team Members during your shift.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and help resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service.
• Help train and develop new and existing Team Members.
• Keep the team organized and operations running efficiently.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, opening/closing duties, and other shift responsibilities.
• Lead by example and help create a positive, fun, team-focused workplace.
