Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise the shift at Zaxbys, ensuring product quality, guest satisfaction, and smooth operations. You will manage tasks, coach team members, and respond to issues with a calm, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating opening/closing duties, and upholding safety and standards while collaborating with management to drive performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to pass background check.
• Demonstrates leadership, organizational skills, and ability to interact with others.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations including product, process, and people.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; communicate performance concerns to management.
• Prioritize guest and team member experience and resolve complaints professionally.
• Open and close shift tasks; delegate duties and supervise performance.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
