Zaxby's is seeking energetic Shift Leads to help run the restaurant during a shift, coach Team Members, and ensure fast, friendly service for every guest. You’ll help lead operations, resolve guest concerns, and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, excellent guest service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Restaurant experience is preferred, and you’ll join a team committed to fun, fast, and friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Team Members during your shift
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and help resolve guest concerns
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service
• Help train and develop new and existing Team Members
• Keep the team organized and operations running efficiently
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, opening/closing duties, and other shift responsibilities
• Lead by example and help create a positive, fun, team-focused workplace
