Job summary

Zaxby's, a prominent American fast casual chain, is seeking energetic Shift Leads to join our Chattanooga, TN team. As a Shift Lead, you’ll coach and guide Team Members, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to quality and safety standards during your shift.

You’ll help train staff, keep operations running smoothly, and lead by example in a positive, team-focused workplace. Restaurant experience is preferred.

• Assist with cash handling, inventory, opening/closing duties, and other shift responsibilities.
