Zaxby's is hiring energetic Shift Leads to guide the restaurant team during your shift, coaching Team Members and ensuring fast, friendly service. You’ll help maintain quality, safety, cleanliness, and smooth operations while resolving guest concerns and modeling a positive, team-centered work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Team Members during your shift
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and help resolve guest concerns
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service
• Help train and develop new and existing Team Members
• Keep the team organized and operations running efficiently
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, opening/closing duties, and other shift responsibilities
• Lead by example and help create a positive, fun, team-focused workplace
