Job summary

Zaxby's is hiring energetic Shift Leads to guide the restaurant team during your shift, coaching Team Members and ensuring fast, friendly service. You’ll help maintain quality, safety, cleanliness, and smooth operations while resolving guest concerns and modeling a positive, team-centered work environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, excellent guest service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, with a dependable, collaborative attitude that drives a fun workplace.
