Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to manage the product, process, and people required to execute a shift at Zaxbys. You will supervise team members, respond to guest concerns, and drive performance toward service and quality standards.

As a leader, you will train staff, delegate tasks, and ensure operations comply with company policies while maintaining a positive culture and focusing on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Technological savvy; knowledge of required company software and tools
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of high-performance and train and coach team members to meet all company standards
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members and communicate performance concerns to your General Manager
• Prioritize the guest and team member experience and resolve complaints and concerns in a friendly and respectful manner
• Delegate tasks to team members and supervise performance during a shift
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with all guidelines and procedures
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld
• Plan shift duties and ensure opening and closing duties are complete
