Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Team Supervisor (TS) to lead the shift, ensuring the team stays on track and helps deliver memorable customer experiences. As the senior on site, you will drive execution and make key decisions to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll handle customer inquiries, coordinate between Associates and orders, provide direction and recognition, enforce safety and store policies, and manage inventory and cash handling to support a high-performing store team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient and effective food and beverage service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates, driving productivity and performance.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
