Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Team Supervisor (TS) to lead the shift, deliver memorable customer experiences, and drive execution on site. You’ll be the senior leader on duty, making key decisions to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include directing Associates, handling inquiries, managing inventory and cash, and enforcing safety and store policies. A 4-day work week option is available, with an hourly range and a $2 shift differential for overnight hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive interactions.
• Coordinate among Associates, customers, and orders for efficient service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling.
