Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience.
• Demonstrates leadership potential and guest-focused mindset.
• Fluent in English; English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift.
• Verify compliance of procedures and protocols.
• Attend and resolve problems as they arise in restaurant operation.
• Assist the General Manager.
• Coach and lead a team with minimal supervision.
• Maintain sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards in food areas.
• Open/close restaurant and assist with staffing.
• Assist with inventory and controllables.
