AES Restaurant Group, LLC is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guide team members during assigned shifts. You will hold full accountability for restaurant operations in the absence of management.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and guest satisfaction focus.
• Ability to manage team performance and provide coaching.
• Understanding of P&L and cost controls in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team provides outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilize AES systems to run restaurant on all shifts.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
