Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure safety and operational compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
