Job summary

MINISO USA in Lakewood, Colorado is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, train associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role contributes to achieving KPIs, upholding store standards, and handling cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and customer engagement.

The Shift Leader will promote the store’s membership program, maintain store appearance, manage cash handling, and assist with shipments, creating a positive, energetic environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Ability to operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately.
• Strong customer-service orientation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and proper stock levels; implement visual updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure safety and cleanliness per procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and compliance with company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and participate in promotions.
