Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service in Lakewood, CO. You will help achieve store KPIs, maintain standards, assist with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and shipment processing, while promoting the store's membership program to build loyalty.

This role requires a proactive, energetic attitude, good communication, and the ability to work across teams to create memorable

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader preferred.
Retail experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
Open and close the store ensuring it is clean, recovered, and compliant with safety procedures.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
Maintain a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Participate in store promotions and events.
