Job summary

MINISO USA in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service on the sales floor and at the register.

You will help meet store KPIs, maintain visual merchandising, manage stock, and ensure safety and protocol compliance while promoting the store’s membership program to enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure proper stock levels with visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure proper recovery, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary to the Store Manager.
• Support loss prevention efforts and adhere to all company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
