Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will support visual merchandising, cash handling, and POS transactions while promoting membership programs and driving store KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety procedures are followed.
Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
