MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training, and delivering excellent customer service. The role emphasizes achieving KPIs, maintaining store standards, and handling cash and merchandising tasks.

The Shift Leader will also promote the store's membership program, drive sales, and help create a positive, energetic environment for both staff and customers, in line with the MINISO brand values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring the store is recovered and clean and in compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to Store Manager when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and ensure adherence to all company policies designed to prevent loss.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
