Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and promotions, while promoting the membership program to boost customer loyalty.

The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and the ability to travel between store locations as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Proven leadership and ability to train and mentor sales associates.
• Experience with POS systems and basic retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPIs.
• Assist Store Manager with training and development on floor and at register.
• Support replenishment, fronting, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close duties and ensure safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
